faulty air conditioning insistent housekeeping

The location was acceptable. It was relatively central.

I faced several issues. the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained uncomfortably warm. also, housekeeping completely ignored the 'do not disturb' sign one morning. They knocked insistently at 8 am. this disrupted my sleep and was frustrating.

seamless experience with really good service

smooth check-in delicious food useful location

i found the breakfast services commendable alongside very useful hotel location for exploring. orkhan assisted us with a smooth check-in, he catered to our needs . ordering food through room service was also very smooth, with the food being quite delicious. i recommend this hotel due to my sister's 2019 recommendation.

the room had lights connected to one switch. i couldn't switch off the lights separately. other than that, everything was good.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym. it has three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes ensuring guests maintain their fitness routines. the pool area offers twenty loungers with a shaded section offering a relaxing environment.

the hotel is close to prominent city areas i noted it is opposite a mall. caspian sea area is walkable from this hotel it is a good location.

housekeeping knocked on the door too many times it was irritating. i found it difficult to relax because of frequent interruptions. room service did not meet expectations and there was a misunderstanding regarding the bolognese sauce. the breakfast buffet was cold during one visit i did not enjoy the meal.

Solid stay, few hiccups

welcome drink spacious room friendly staff

Check-in was smooth. I received a welcome drink. The room was spacious. It had a large window. The bed was comfortable. A big shopping center was just across the road. I found several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly. They addressed my concerns quickly.

Housekeeping knocked too often. They asked if i needed service. It was annoying even with a do-not-disturb sign. The knocks happened twice a day.

The breakfast had many options. I saw both local and international dishes. The restaurant offered a buffet. There were fresh fruits available each morning and the coffee machine worked well.

The hotel location is convenient. It is near many attractions. Nizami Street is about a 10-minute walk. The sea is across the road. Bolt taxis are available for airport transfers.
